You know if you pass out at a party, you are just asking to get messed with. As a matter of fact, I’m pretty sure it is in the rule book that you can be f-ed with non-stop until you wake up.
Furthermore, when you read on to section 24.d of party law, you cannot retaliate for said offenses while you are passed out. Sorry, it’s the law.
